Elina Zunde is a visual artist with her artistic practice based mainly in painting and drawing, though she has worked also in photography and video. She is using the focus on the tradition and methods of depicting figure, while exploring relationships between perception and drawing in a broader sense. She has participated in exhibitions since 2003 in Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, France, Poland, Sweden and Florida.
Elina Zunde is a docent in Art Academy of Latvia Department of Drawing and has also established there the course of Contextual composition of drawing since 2018.
